Such a blessing

Phillip was higly recommended  by someone  that  stopped by one of my garage sales.  Renting a property is all new  to me,  however  Phillip Griffith  truly eased  my uncertainty and reluctancy about  the entire decision and process.  Choosing Collaborative Touch Management  has been such  a  blessing.  I  found him to be super  knowledgeable  and  there is such a feeling of trust. He knows what  to look for in a good  tenant,  with keeping  his client’s  best interest  at  heart.  Proper and thorough screening  is signifcant, as he saved  me  from  a dishonest  person, more than once.  That was HUGE!!!   I  found him to be very helpful,  even with tips on paint colors, down to the  small details.  One particular morning,  I wasn’t able  to  meet  the  Duct Cleaning  crew,  so Phillip offered  to  meet them  for me.  Wow!!!  That  was  so  helpful  with my busy schedule.  He is  down to earth, kind and  “Quite the Professional’.  My experience  working with Phillip as my property manager,  has  been such  a postive one.     Thank you Phillip.
