Hello… I would like to take a moment to share how extremely pleased my spouse and I are with Mr. Phillip Griffith of Collaborative Touch. Phillip recently represented us as our Mortgage Agent on the purchase of our home. As I look over all the other testimonials posted here, I am not surprised at the level of satisfaction others are sharing of their experience. First of all, and probably most importantly, Phillip is a genuine professional. From his greetings to you, to his tenacious quest that all T’s are crossed and all the I’s are dotted, Phillip makes you comfortable with his warm assurances and confident manner. As we moved toward closing on our loan, we were impressed with how Mr. Griffith took the time to keep us informed on the process and provided timely and knowledgeable responses to our questions. To his credit, he would call us back right away if he missed our call which showed to us his level of concern that we stay informed.  As my loan was a VA loan there are some particulars that differ somewhat from other loans and Phillip was able to explain those differences and assist with what to expect as the buyer. His total involvement took away a lot of the mystery of the mortgage world and eased some of the anxiety of what could possibly go wrong. On that note, I am happy to say that our closing was flawless!
