To the Best Real Estate Broker ever!!!  I had just started my search for a home, but not really expecting to purchase one right away.  However I contacted Phillip Griffith after getting his name and phone number off a for sale sign in my friends subdivision.  Phillip listened to my needs and as soon as he found a home that met my needs, he contacted me.  I met Phillip to view the property and knew right away it was exactly what I was looking for.  So I asked Phillip to submit an offer, he worked back and forth with the seller’s agent to get the best deal and ensured me everything would work out. Phillip explained the process every step of the way. He was great to work with.  I was incredibly impressed with Phillip’s goal oriented actions. We were scheduled to close in 30 days and Phillip kept me updated throughout the process.  He deserves the highest praise. Phillip is very professional, attentive to details and very easy to work with. He stayed the course even through challenges at times. Phillip is a straight shooter and extremely honest with his clients. Phillip, you done a great job at keeping the process moving forward even when things didn’t look so good.  You made sure the lender kept things moving forward in order for us to close on time.  I am grateful to have met a Real Estate Broker that catered to my needs as a homebuyer.
